Advertising and Service Disclaimer
What this website is
Water Damage Cleanup Response Team is an advertising website. It promotes emergency water removal, water damage cleanup and drying, and it is not itself a contractor. Nobody from the website goes to a property, pumps water or does repair work.
Who does the work
The phone number shown here rings to independent restoration businesses. Every one of them runs on its own: it picks its own crews, tools, rates, working hours and contract wording.
No promises about results
The website makes no promise about how fast a company responds, how well it works or what a job will achieve. Read the written scope and terms from the company before you sign or approve anything.
Prices and insurance
Figures on the website are typical national ranges, useful for rough planning and nothing more. A price for a real building comes only from the company that has looked at it, and an insurance company alone decides what a policy pays.
Descriptions and pictures
Text on the website explains common practice in the trade. It is not a statement about any one company's past jobs, and it cannot take the place of someone looking at the building in person.
Questions and emergencies
For questions about the website, call (888) 480-6221. In an emergency, call 911 first, move away from standing water and live electrical equipment, and stay out from under any ceiling that sags.
